In addition to our core service, we offer add-ons such as sanitization and deodorization, fruit pickup, and (coming soon) pressure washing for a more thorough clean.

We also offer services for commercial clients, including pet waste removal and maintenance of pet waste stations.

Are your cleaning products SAFE for pets and kids?

Absolutely! We use eco-friendly, kennel-grade (pet-safe) disinfectants, sanitizers, and deodorizers to keep your yard clean and safe for both pets and children.

How does your SANITAZION service work?

We use AquaKlor®, a scientifically designed cleaning system that uses patented calcium hypochlorite caplets. When mixed with water, it creates a powerful disinfectant that:

Cleans, sanitizes, and disinfects in one step
Destroys bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other organic contaminants
Controls algae and mold, reducing the need for extra scrubbing or chemicals
Will not corrode tools or damage grass, plants, or outdoor surfaces
Provides an environmentally friendly solution safe for people and pets

This ensures your yard is not only clean, but also hygienic and safe.

Do you clean and disinfect your EQUIPMENT after every visit? How do you ensure my DOG'S SAFETY?

Yes. The safety of our clients and their pets is our top priority.

We thoroughly clean and disinfect all tools and footwear between each yard using kennel-grade disinfectants to prevent cross-contamination.

We also take a photo of your gate after service, so you can feel confident that your yard is secure and your pets are safe.

Do you clean the entire YARD?

Yes. We clean all accessible areas where dog waste may be present, including front yards, backyards, side yards, walkways, patios and balconies.

Do I need to be HOME during the service?

Accepted Answer

No. As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the service while you go about your day. If you prefer to be home for the first visit, just let us know during booking.

Do you provide service year-round? What happens in BAD WEATHER?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We provide services year-round in all service areas. Rain or shine—we scoop.

During winter, most waste remains scoopable, so services continue as usual.

In severe or unsafe conditions (such as storms or icy conditions), we will reschedule your service at no extra cost and keep you informed.

How much do your services COST?

Our pricing is flexible and rewards frequency—the more often we visit, the lower the cost per visit.

Recurring services start as low as $16 per visit (based on twice-weekly service for one dog in a small yard under 1,500 sq ft).

Most clients pay between $90–$170 per month for recurring service.

One-time cleanups start at $110, depending on the same factors.

How do I PAY for the service?

Accepted Answer

Payment is simple and convenient. We accept credit/debit cards and other available options through our secure online portal.

For recurring services, a valid card must be kept on file for monthly prepaid billing. You will receive an invoice at the end of each month, and your card will be automatically charged on the 1st day of the service month.

For one-time cleanups, a card on file is also required. A 50% deposit is collected upon booking, with the remaining balance charged after the service is completed.

Why is there an INITIAL CLEANUP FEE?

For recurring services, the first visit is an initial cleanup offered at a discounted one-time rate. This covers the extra time and effort required to bring your yard back to a maintainable condition.

The fee is charged only once and is included in your first invoice. It also includes the application of an eco-friendly, kennel-grade sanitizer and deodorizer.

Where does the WASTE go?

To keep our pricing affordable, we do not haul waste off-site.

All collected waste is double-bagged and placed in your organic bin after each service. If a bin is not accessible, we will neatly leave the bag at the side of your home or follow any specific instructions you provide.

For safety and efficiency, all dogs must be secured before service. We love dogs, but ensuring the safety of both your pets and our team is essential.

Can I request a SPECIFIC CLEANUP DAY?

To keep our routes efficient and pricing affordable, we’re unable to accommodate specific day requests.

Services are scheduled by area to reduce travel time and environmental impact. You’ll be assigned a designated service day—similar to garbage collection—and will receive a reminder before each visit.

Do you provide an ARRIVAL WINDOW?

We do not provide specific arrival times.

Routes are optimized the night before based on location and traffic. While we can’t guarantee exact timing, your service will always be completed on your scheduled day.

Do I need to sign a CONTRACT? Can I cancel, pause, or change my service?

Accepted Answer

No contracts are required for residential clients.

We offer flexible plans with no long-term commitments or hidden fees. For recurring services, you can pause, modify, or cancel your service at any time.

To take effect in the following month, any changes or cancellations must be made before the end of the current month. Recurring services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

One-time cleanings are non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked and paid.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll return—subject to technician availability—to make it right at no additional cost.
