1. General Service Terms

Clients are not required to be home during service, provided we have safe and clear access to the yard.
For upper-floor balconies or rooftop terraces, the client must be present during service.
Clients must ensure all dogs are secured prior to our arrival.
Dogs should be properly vaccinated.
We will place collected pet waste in your organic (green) bin, unless instructed otherwise.
For sanitization and deodorization services, the client agrees to provide access to a water supply.

2. Scheduling & Arrival

Services are scheduled based on route optimization by area, with each location assigned a designated service day. To maintain efficiency and keep pricing affordable, we are unable to accommodate specific day requests. Routes are finalized the night before, taking into account location and traffic conditions.

We do not provide specific arrival windows. Visit reminders are sent one day before service and again 30–60 minutes prior to arrival.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies), we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your service accordingly. If rescheduling is not possible, we may either issue a refund for the missed visit or complete the accumulated waste during your next scheduled service.

3. Weather Policy

Services are provided year-round, including winter. In snowy conditions, most waste remains scoopable; however, some waste may be missed due to snow coverage and will be addressed in future visits. In cases of extreme or unsafe weather conditions (e.g., extreme heat or cold, heavy rain, storms, icy or hazardous surfaces), service may be:

Skipped and completed during the next scheduled visit, or
Rescheduled based on technician availability

No credits or refunds will be issued for missed visits due to weather as accumulated waste will be handled on the next visit.

4. Missed Visit & Access Policy

Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the service area at the scheduled time. The visit may be skipped, if we are unable to access the yard due to:

Locked gates
Obstructions
Unsecured or aggressive dogs
Unsafe conditions

No credits or refunds will be issued for missed visits due to lack of access as accumulated waste will be collected during the next scheduled visit.

5. Safety Policy

The safety of our team is a top priority. We reserve the right to refuse or skip service if:

A dog shows aggression
Dogs are not secured
The yard or area is unsafe (e.g., slippery, hazardous conditions)

6. Payments & Billing

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all services, including recurring and one-time bookings.

Recurring Services:

Services are billed monthly on a prepaid basis. An invoice is issued at the end of each month for services scheduled in the following month. Payment is automatically charged on the 1st of the service month.

One-Time Services:

A 50% deposit is required upon receipt of the invoice, with the remaining balance charged after service completion.

7. Failed Payments & Late Fees

If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the payment. Clients are responsible for ensuring their payment method is valid and up to date. Accounts with outstanding balances may be paused or suspended until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in service cancellation.

8. Service Changes & Cancellations

Recurring services may be cancelled, paused, or modified anytime before the end of the month, effective the following month. Changes such as number of dogs will be reflected in the following billing cycle.

One-time cleanings are non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked and paid.

9. Initial Cleanup Policy

All new recurring clients are required to complete an initial cleanup before regular service begins.

The initial cleanup fee will be included in the first invoice for your first month of service. Recurring services will begin the following week based on your selected service frequency.

10. Balcony Cleanup Policy

(Condos, apartments, upper-floor balconies, and rooftop terraces)

Clients must:

Be present during service
Ensure dogs are secured (especially if aggressive)
Provide clear access to the area
Please remove small items or obstructions from the balcony floor to allow proper cleaning.

If access is restricted or conditions are not suitable, we may charge an additional fee or decline the service.

A water source must be accessible (either outdoors or via an indoor connection) for sanitization services.

11. Waste Disposal Policy

Pet waste is double-bagged and placed in the client’s designated organic bin or agreed-upon location on the property.

We do not remove waste off-site.

12. Marketing & Photos

By using our services, you consent to us taking before-and-after photos for quality assurance and marketing purposes. We will not disclose personal or identifiable information without consent.

13. Commercial Client Terms

For commercial properties (e.g., pet care facilities, multi-unit residences, shared spaces):

The service area must be safe and accessible at all times
No aggressive dogs or unsafe conditions should be present during service
Surfaces must not be hazardous (e.g., excessively slippery)

Additional terms, custom pricing, and service agreements may apply based on property size, service frequency, number of units, and specific requirements.

14. Agreement

By booking and using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
